LogIT Dataloggers and Microsense sensors are very robust and if looked after will provide years of trouble free use. However, in the unlikely event of LogIT equipment malfunctioning, we offer a fixed price repair scheme. This offers exceptional value for money as it saves sending the equipment for a quote by one of our engineers. This saving is passed on to the customer.

If your equipment requires a service or repair, download the service return form below, wrap the equipment in bubble wrap or equivalent and send to DCP at the address shown on the form. There is no need to include the case, power supply or other peripherals as this adds to postage.
