My version of SensorLab has problems seeing USB logger. 

LogIT World Support solution: Download and install the very latest version of SensorLab from the LogIT World web site. If you have LogIT Lab 4 and are running Window 10 you will need to upgrade to SensorLab Software. Please contact us for information.
