How do I calibrate my adjustable pH Sensor?

How do I calibrate my adjustable pH adapter (D100096)?

LogIT World Support solution: There is a calibration video  on LogIT World website and Youtube.  Basically set the pH7 midpoint first followed by the Slope which is usually pH4.  

The only time a pH probe won’t calibrate is if it is old and the electrolyte within no longer allows the ionic reaction to occur.  Sometimes if the probe is new then it may be faulty from the manufacturer but this is rare.

The non-adjustable adapter (D100056) can not be calibrated but using software you can set the pH7 midpoint by utilizing the ‘Tare’ function.
